parkInfo.props.pageProps.metadata.title

Ohio’s Lake Erie may have garnered recognition for its fine wineries but the region excels in much more than the wine tours. In Lake Erie’s northeastern shoreline you will find the 698-acre Geneva State Park, a reputable RV destination due to its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

At an elevation of 587 feet, Geneva State Park offers exciting outdoor activities ranging from hiking to fishing. For birders, a pair of binoculars will come in handy as Geneva State Park is home to a variety of bird species. Though the park opens all year round, the peak season is from April to October.

Want to practice on your shooting prowess? Geneva State Park has free public archery range in the middle of the park with a raised platform. Adults should have a valid shooting range permit and should always accompany shooters under 17 years f age. In addition, there is public hunting that opens seasonally from October through February. Game animals such as deer and game birds can be hunted. Visitors who take part in these exercises should be in procession of a valid Ohio hunting license. Remember to bring your archery gear and to go through the regulations and guidelines governing hunting and safety areas. With so many amazing adventures to be had at Geneva State Park, it's no wonder that it is a popular RV destination in Ohio.
