The delay in processing the Spring Hearing data was due to the third party counting the paper ballets.
A second staffer was hired to the WCC liaison office. The new staffer starts next week. This should help speed up customer service for the WCC, including posting minutes online.

I would rather see no size tied to it whatsoever. Like said before, no ballast, major restrictions on distance from shore and depth, and restricted to a couple of hours a day would be a great start.

Pretty strong results against wake boats. Any prayer at all that we will see major changes resultant of this? If we only allow wake boats on 1500 acre lakes or larger, that will just congregate more of these boats on 1500 acre lakes and larger. Really going to be a zoo on larger lakes.

Staffing issues at DNR impact the ability of the department to function. Funding for staffing, and the ability to create new positions is controlled by the senate, especially JFC.
I do not know the specific reason why it has taken this long for the data to become public. I will certainly find out. When I am briefed, I will post about it here.
