Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

I’m loving my new griller for veggies! Best $16 from Amazon made by charbroil and is non stick. Made grilled asparagus, salad and baked cod.

Got a box of ZARATANS CRAB CAKE MIX that I’m going to add 1# of ground salmon and make a great salmon loaf.

Little lady does not want any cooked shrimp so we cheated and pulled out the frozen. Nice side salad fixings are there as well. The burn any carbs it may have slipped through.

Friday so.....Chicken legs and red potatoes in the grill basket, garden asparagus on the side, Rhubarb dump cake for desert.
